I suspect as many families begin caring for aging parents, or simply want a guest house on their property, this type of housing solution will become increasingly popular.

Enjoyed meeting and having a very nice lunch with you in Oceanside Harbor last week Brian England . Yes, ADUs are alive and well in AZ and just about every State in the Union. All you need to do is Google search the ADU ordinance in your local building jurisdiction. You may also want to see if the State has adopted an ADU mandate yet.
