Why the price range and then the specific price further down? I'm confused.
Like Chris Ann, I'm eager for your further explanation. I honestly haven't really understood the need for variable range pricing. We don't often see it here in Sacramento.

Floor plan features optional guest suite complete with breakfast room & sun room (currently used as an exercise room). Unlimited possibilities for multi- generational living.
Point being that we're starting to see more and more properties with Backyard homes included. I know it was kinda corny as most folks wouldn't have a clue what I was referring to had they not already been following my recent campaign on ADU's.
But is has been interesting to see how many folks read so many other things into it and they were very valid points. You might say this was indeed a double if not multi edged sword. LOL!
