We'd love to be there. Such an important topic and we suspect we'll be seeing more of this type of housing solution in the future. D

John I think you'll have a good turn out for this seminar!  If it were in my area I'd go as I do think it's becomming more popular every year.

Hi John a guy I work with is doing one of these 'granny flats' but it's for his college age kid.

Thanks for the reach Debb Janes EcoBroker and Bernie Stea JD but I do agree it would be quite a stretch for you. BTW, try to tune into the "The Real Estate Guy" (real estate attorney from Las Vegas) on Fox Business News on Saturday morning. He's doing a segment on 'TINY HOUSES'. May not be good news for them. But then it will  be good to differintiate between 'TINY HOUSES' S & 'ADU'S'

It's sure rearing its mighty head in this neck of the woods Anna Banana Kruchten, CRS . I posted a similar notice on a couple of 'NEXTDOOR' neighborhood platforms a few days ago and recieved over 100 requests to added to the interest list and it's growing by the hour.

As Baby Boomers continue to age, I suspect we will see an increased presence of this type of housing.
